Commercial property and new-build apartments including renovation
Renovation and extension to shop premises plus two new apartments and renovation to a further apartment. The high-spec apartment interiors feature modern kitchens, Sunfold bi-folding doors, sanitaryware from Bathstore and stainless steel and glass handrails and balustrading. A fire alarm system with sprinkler system was installed.
Exterior features include Rheinzink cladding and guttering and Reflex Plus self-cleaning glass. The windows are from Howarth Timber and rooflights from Velux.
Despite an extremely tight schedule for development, the project was was completed on time.
