About Us

We pride ourselves on our quality of workmanship and commitment to our clients. We are able to deal with a variety of projects from new builds to barn conversions, timber construction and residential developments.

We work both in the commercial and domestic areas, happily liaising with architects and project managers or clients wishing to oversee their own project. We are also able to offer a design and build service if this is required.

Registered

Most of our work is through architects and referrals from previous clients. We are also members of the NHBC.

We are based near Wilburton in Cambridgeshire, approximately 8 miles from the centre of Cambridge and our main working areas are Cambridge, Ely, Newmarket and surrounding villages.

Traditional and modern

Many of Zak Construction's designs have used the combination of tradtionally designed exteriors with modern interiors.
